Diamond Core Drill Bits Set introduce
The Diamond Core Drill Bits Set includes drill bits of various diameters for a variety of hard materials, including tiles, ceramics, granite and marble. The set includes 7 drill bits with diameters of 6/8/10/25/35/50/65mm to ensure that different application needs are met.
Each drill bit uses vacuum welding technology to ensure a strong bond between the diamond and the matrix, which significantly improves the service life and work efficiency of the Diamond Core Drill Bits Set. The drill bit has a diamond height of 10mm and is suitable for both dry and wet use.
The special sawtooth cutting head design of the Diamond Core Drill Bits Set can effectively increase the drilling speed, and is equipped with multiple scraping grooves to ensure that dust is quickly discharged during drilling to avoid clogging and improve work efficiency.
This set comes with a 5/8" thread to hexagon adapter, which can be used with an angle grinder or hand drill. The recommended speed is 6000 RPM and the maximum speed is 11000 RPM to extend the life of the tool.
Diamond Core Drill Bits Set Versatile Applications
In addition to drilling, the Mountlaser Diamond Core Drill Bits Set is also equipped with a 10mm diamond milling cutter and a 50mm diamond chamfering cutter, which are suitable for reaming, trimming and chamfering. Please note that these milling cutters and chamfering cutters are not suitable for drilling.
