Industrial Portable 3D Scanner Introduction
This Industrial Portable 3D Scanner is equipped with two sets of high-precision cameras that can capture the laser projected onto the scanned object. The laser deforms with the shape of the object, and the linear 3D information is obtained through the calculation of the precisely calibrated camera to ensure the accuracy of High Precision 3D Scanning.
Visual marker positioning: The scanner uses visual markers fixed on the surface of the object to determine the spatial position during the scanning process. This position information is used for spatial position conversion to ensure that the Industrial Portable 3D Scanner can still maintain high-precision 3D data acquisition when moving.
Continuous 3D data generation: Combining linear 3D information and the relative spatial position of the scanner, when the scanner moves, the 3D information of the position where the laser passes is continuously obtained to form continuous 3D data. This function enables the High Precision 3D Scanner to efficiently complete the scanning task of complex surfaces.
Portable design: The size is only 203 mm x 80 mm x 44 mm, breaking the structural and volume limitations of traditional 3D scanners, and can be easily controlled with one hand. Fine scanning mode: With fine scanning and deep hole scanning modes, it can capture complex surfaces and hard-to-reach details with an accuracy of up to 0.020 mm. High Precision 3D Scanner ensures that every detail is captured.
Efficient scanning performance: Equipped with 22 beams of blue cross laser lines, it can perform 2,020,000 measurements per second, and the scanning area is 410 mm x 400 mm. The Industrial Portable 3D Scanner brings users an extremely smooth and efficient three-dimensional digital experience.
