Flexible Elastic Microspheres provide excellent matting effects, strong solvent resistance, and high transparency while significantly enhancing the elasticity and flexibility of various coating systems.
With multiple particle size options (5–40μm) and a refractive index of 1.49–1.5, Elastic Microspheres integrate seamlessly into inks, leather finishes, wood lacquers, and plastic coatings without compromising clarity.
Elastic Microspheres (available as BMT, AXT, and UMT grades) feature a low density of 1.1 g/cm³ and a decomposition point of 230–250°C, ensuring stable performance during drying and curing processes.
Flexible Elastic Microspheres improve the mechanical durability of coated surfaces by imparting flexibility and resistance to cracking, making them ideal for flexible substrates and high‑movement applications.
